In older versions of Simcity, the radiation left behind by a nuclear
power plant explosion slowly decayed away over hundreds of years. I
could never verify whether or not this will happen in Simcity 3000.
Running unattended at the highest speed I could get it to run at, it

HI To scroll you are suppose to right click and drag . I was also
trying moving to the edges but that does not work.
I still however have a problem with the speed that it is scrolling by.

This is a well-known problem, though I've seen people who claim it's
not a problem. One suggestion that has been made is that it has to do
with new construction. Water connections are checked at the beginning
of each month. It has been suggested that this problem may be caused by
placing a building or zoning some property, and reaching the start of
